This website, highcredithk.com, is operated by High Credit Limited ("we", "us"), a money lender licensed under the Money Lenders Ordinance (Cap. 163), Licence No. 0746/2025. By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Information only — not an offer

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not an offer to lend, a commitment to provide finance, or financial, legal or tax advice. Any funding estimate shown on the website is for illustration only.

2. Loans are subject to approval and a written agreement

All loans are subject to our credit assessment and approval, and to a written loan agreement that complies with the Money Lenders Ordinance. The interest rate, fees and all other terms of any loan will be set out in that written agreement. Nothing on this website changes or overrides the terms of a signed loan agreement.

3. No intermediaries

We deal with borrowers directly. We do not authorise any intermediary, agent or third party to collect fees on our behalf for arranging a loan. If anyone asks you to pay a fee in our name, please do not pay and contact us immediately at info@highcredithk.com.

Reminder: You have to repay your loans, don't pay any intermediaries.

4. Your enquiry

When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the information you give is true and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your company. Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation for you or for us. We handle your information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current, and we may change it at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The name "High Credit Limited", "高信信貸有限公司", our logo and the content and design of this website belong to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them for any other purpose without our written permission.

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, or attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation.
